He was unable to play in the current Australian Open because of an injury. Stefanos Tsitsipas and Novak Djokovic have just reached the Australian Open final, and whoever clinches the title will also be the new world number 1 according to the live rankings.

As of now, Carlito has 6730 “live” points. If Djokovic wins the Australian Open, he will have 7070 points on Monday. If Tsitsipas wins the trophy, he will have 6995 points.
