HUA HIN ENTRY LIST. Bianca Andreescu receives a wild card with Magda Linette also in the draw

Bianca Andreescu will compete in Thailand next week in the WTA 250 that will be staged in Hua Hin. Current Australian Open semifinalist Magda Linette is now leading the entry list. These are the players who are expected to take part in the competition.

Now the world no.45, Magda achieved a compiled 8-2 record in 2023. Linette is now having a run at the Australian Open where she ousted the world no.54 Mayar Sherif 7-5 6-1, the world no.19 Anett Kontaveit 3-6 6-3 6-4, the world no.18 Ekaterina Alexandrova 6-3 6-4, the world no.4 Caroline Garcia 7-6³ 6-4 and the world no.31 Karolina Pliskova 6-3 7-5.

Magda Linette will fight against the world no.5 Aryna Sabalenka in the semifinal on Thursday at 9:30 pm on Rod Laver Arena. Their current record is 2-0 for Sabalenka.

Linette will play next in Hua Hin (Thailand Open). She will start to play the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 30th of January.
