Nelly Korda says Sebastian is the best athlete of the family

Nelly Korda explains how talented is his brother Sebastian

Nelly Korda And Sebastian Korda

Sebastian Korda won a rather tricky third round on Friday at the Australian Open in Melbourne against the former world number 1 Daniil Medvedev. Korda comes from a family of amazing athletes.

During the following on-court interview, Sebastian said: “You know, I don’t know what I’m going to be ranked, but my mom’s career-high was 24, my dad was 2, Nelly was No. 1, my oldest sister, Jessica, was 6, so I’m definitely the worst athlete in the family so far.

Nelly Korda disagreed with her brother saying: “Honestly, he’s the best. His hand-eye coordination is unbelievable. His swing – I’m jealous of his swing, actually. It’s crazy.

He’s a lefty. He’s a natural righty, but he plays golf lefty. He played hockey lefty. I mean, he grew up playing hockey. He was pretty good at it, too. He skates really nicely, plays golf nicely, plays tennis beautifully.”
