The former world number 1 had to skip a couple of practice sessions before the start of the Australian Open campaign giving chills to his fans. Fortunately, Novak was seen practicing without any bandage or tape on Thursday before playing his second-round match. This is definitely a great sign.

Ranked world no.5, the Serbian has achieved a composed 6-0 win-loss record in 2023. The Serbian is now competing at the Australian Open where he conquered the world no.75 Roberto Carballes Baena 6-3 6-4 6-0.
Novak Djokovic will play the world no.191 Enzo Couacaud in the 2nd round on Thursday at 7:00 pm on Rod Laver Arena. They have never competed against each other till now in top events.
