According to reports, Rafael Nadal and Serbian tennis legend Novak Djokovic are both competing in this year’s ATP500 Dubai tournament.

Djokovic, 35, will play on Dubai’s hard courts for the thirteenth time. He has won the Dubai event five times, and he has a stellar 5-1 record in finals there.

Djokovic began the 2022 season last year in Dubai. He defeated Jiri Vesely in the quarterfinals after reaching that stage. The last time Djokovic won in Dubai was in 2020 when he defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in the championship match. Djokovic will undoubtedly be among the top favorites this year to win his sixth Dubai championship.
