Emma Raducanu seems to be in good shape after suffering from a nasty ankle injury in Adelaide last week. According to some videos and reports, the 2021 US Open champion is in relatively good shape, and she is therefore widely expected to compete in the first slam of the season. Emma has recently declared that they have been assessing her injury day by day, but things look good.

Ranked world no.75, the Brit played her last match on the 5th of January when she had to retire when playing against world no.122 Viktoria Kuzmova in the 2nd round and the scoreline was 0-6 7-5 0-0 .

Raducanu has scheduled to play next at the Australian Open (Australian Open). She will start to play the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 16th of January.
