Coco Gauff started the new season in the best possible way after winning the title in Adelaide without dropping a single set. Coco was too much in the final for the world no.130 Rebeka Masarova, winning 6-1 6-1.

Currently ranked no.7, Coco played her last match on the 8th of January when she overcame world no.130 Rebeka Masarova 6-1 6-1 in the final in Auckland to win her 3rd career title.
This season Coco has a 5-0 win-loss record. The American clinched 1 title in Auckland.
Gauff is scheduled to play next at the Australian Open (Australian Open). She will start the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 16th of January.
