Emma Raducanu keeps struggling with her body. The British sensation was having a fantastic match in the second round of the ASB Classic. After winning the first set 6-0, she had to battle hard in the second one. Unfortunately, she twisted her ankle in the second set, and she was forced to retire before playing the third set. She left the court in tears.
Emma has been struggling for a long time with all sorts of injuries and worked hard during the preseason to reinforce her body. It will be important now to understand the nature of the injury and if she can be fully fit for the Australian Open.

LWWLWWLLWW Ranked world no.78, Emma played her last match on the 5th of January when she had to retire when playing against world no.134 Viktoria Kuzmova in the 2nd round and the scoreline was 0-6 7-5 0-0 .
Presently, during this year the Brit owns a compiled 1-1 record.
She is also scheduled to play at the Australian Open (Australian Open) after Australian Open. The main draw will start on the 16th of January.
