Bianca Andreescu went through a rather complicated period after winning the US Open in 2019. The Canadian sensation had huge issues from a physical and mental point of view to be de facto sidelined for almost 3 years.

Bianca seems to be back to a proper mental state. During a recent interview, she confessed: “That’s been the biggest thing for me this past year, is trying to love myself as best as I can. Honestly, it’s really helped me get to this point right now, just having that love for myself off the court. Because before, it was more result-oriented, and when I’d lose it would be like the end of the world.

But now I’m so in tune with myself.

Bianca decided to schedule to tournaments in Adelaide before trying her luck at the upcoming Australian Open.  She has just posted this tweet about her landing in Adelaide. She sounds quite excited about that.
