Rachel Stuhlmann’s popularity keeps growing. The former tennis player has accumulated more than 260k followers on Instagram, and she has been trying to emulate Paige Spiranac’s success. Paige has 3.7 million followers only on Instagram, making her the most popular golfer on that social network.

Rachel used to be a tennis player, but she decided not to become a professional because she did not want to go through the ordeal of playing in many small cities. Speaking to GiveMeSport Women,  Stuhlmann commented:

“I knew I was good enough and could eventually get there. But I thought the reality was that it would take me five to seven years to get to the top, and I didn’t want to live the lifestyle that came along with playing in small cities, among other reasons.”

Rachel started her career as a tennis journalist. The articles had good success, and as a result, numerous opportunities to work with different brands arose. Then she worked for a tennis software company.

“A tennis software company reached out to me to help spearhead their tennis content show. I travelled to many places, including overseas and interviewed tennis players at professional tennis tournaments,” she said.

“I also did a variety of other work with different companies in professional tennis- media, broadcasting, marketing, sales, tournament sponsorships and partnerships, player relations, events, commentating, sports talk radio, and much more.”

Later she started modeling, and she understood that she could start a proper career as an influencer.
