It is well-known that one of Carlito’s most important assets is his coach, Juan Carlos Ferrero. The former world number 1 is a great coach and a perfect mentor for Alcaraz. Juan Carlos has always stated that the new world number 1 is almost like a son to him.

WLLWLWWWWW Now ranked no.1, Carlos played his last match on the 4th of November when he had to retire when playing against world no.11 Holger Rune in the quarter and the scoreline was 6-3 6-6 .
This season the Spaniard has managed to achieve a compiled 57-13 record. The Spaniard has won 5 titles in 2022 in Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Barcelona, Madrid and U.S. Open. Carlos was the finalist in Hamburg and Umag.
