Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis will have the honor of being the stars of the first episode of the Netflix docuseries “Break Point.” The streaming company will broadcast the first 5 episodes starting on January 13th, right before the Australian Open. Nick and Thanasi won the Australian slam in doubles last year and they are obviously extremely popular, especially in the country.
The remaining five parts of the season, which cover Wimbledon, Eastbourne, Queens Club, the U.S. Open, WTA Finals, and ATP Finals, will be released in June. Despite the rumors, neither Rafael Nadal nor Novak Djokovic are featured in the new series, which is intended to show a “changing of the guard” in tennis.
