Emma Raducanu has been through a rather challenging year after winning the 2021 US Open. The British sensation had to learn how to juggle between training, competitions, and promoting brands.
During a recent interview with SheerLuxe, Emma was asked to reveal her tips about health and wellness. Emma admitted that, given her hectic life, she loves spending some time by herself.
“I like having my alone time. Sleep is also a big thing for me. The last couple of years have been so busy, and my sleep schedule has suffered a bit. So yes, hydration, sleep and alone time,” she commented.
