Roger Federer expresses his gratitude for the people that have the him during his incredible career

Roger Federer had an incredible career reaching all sorts of goals and breaking all sorts of records. The Swiss legend had a special relationship with his fans, winning the ATP Fans’ Favorite Award for 19 consecutive years.

At the yearly Swiss Sports Awards, Roger Federer received yet another award. The record-breaking seven-time Swiss “Sportsman of the Year” winner, however, received a different honor this year for his illustrious tennis career, which came to an end at the 2022 Laver Cup. He emphasized the support he received from his parents, his wife Mirka, and his team after receiving the honorary Swiss Sports award this week.

Roger Federer posted on Instagram: “I couldn’t have been as successful as I have been throughout my career without all the help I have received over the years from my incredible fans, parents, wife and team. Thank you for the honorary Swiss Sports award.”
