Emma Raducanu is often featured promoting all sorts of brands on social media. Unfortunately, many tennis fans do not understand her enormous effort to improve her tennis and fitness. Emma has recently hired top physical trainer Jez Green to achieve proper physical condition for the next season.
The former US Open champion revealed in a recent interview with lifestyle magazine SheerLuxe how she relaxes at the end of her typical day.
Emma Raducanu revealed that she takes a long bath and watches TV or Netflix to unwind after a stressful day. She acknowledged occasionally reading books and mentioned that she had just finished Robin Sharma’s “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.” Other than that, Raducanu also enjoys talking to her friends, though she chooses to text them rather than call them.
“I love a bath and I like to read in there, too. Even though I’ve finished my A Levels now, I like to keep my brain quite active. Bath time is also when I watch TV or Netflix – I find I don’t get much spare time to do that otherwise. People always ask what I’m watching but it’s usually quite obscure,” she said.
