Emma Raducanu happy to finally practice with her right hand

Emma Raducanu Training

Emma Raducanu had to stop for her 2022 season after struggling with her right wrist. The British sensation had to put a lot of focus during this offseason on her fitness. When recovering from her injury, Emma had to practice on the tennis court with her left hand in order to avoid putting too much stress on her right wrist.

The 2021 US Open champion published a video on Instagram with her training on court (finally) with her right hand. This is a very good sign.

Raducanu and the MBE

Emma is still collecting recognitions for her incredible US Open title. Tuesday at Windsor Castle, King Charles bestowed the prestigious MBE upon the British sensation. Since Virginia Wade won the Grand Slam singles title in 1977, Raducanu is the first qualifier of any nationality and the first female British player to accomplish this feat.
