Stefanos Tsitsipas loves traveling all over the world, playing all sorts of competitions and exhibitions. The Greek sensation agreed to play in the controversial Diriyah Tennis Cup in Saudi Arabia On December 8-10.
Recently, Tsitsipas revealed why he was so so happy to accept the invitation to compete in this event.
“It was on my bucket list to visit Saudi Arabia for travel and I’m happy they are introducing a tournament like the Diriyah Tennis Cup in the heart of Saudi Arabia, so I can also play tennis there,” said Tsitsipas.

At the moment ranked no.4, the Greek played his last match on the 18th of November when he was defeated by world no.8 Andrey Rublev 3-6 6-3 6-2 in the round robin in the Nitto ATP Finals (draw).
At the moment, during this season Tsitsipas has managed to achieve a composed 59-24 win-loss record. Stefanos conquered 2 titles in 2022 in Monte-Carlo and Mallorca. Tsitsipas reached the final in Rotterdam, Rome, Cincinnati, Astana and Stockholm.
