Emma Raducanu had a very good relationship with her former Dmitry Tursunov. Unfortunately, the Russian coach decided to part ways with the British champion to mentor Belinda Bencic. Dmitry said that he saw some “red flags” but according to his comments these red flags were not related to Emma’s personality.
As reported by Sportskeeda, Tursunov commented:
“Honestly, I did not see or feel that there were lots of outside things going on. From the time that we started, Emma just really had her nose to the ground. She was very hard working and did not see her skip a lot of things. There was no aura of diva or superstar about her and I think she has been managing that part very well.”
