Stefanos Tsitsipas has been enjoying his off-season in Iceland alongside his father Apostolos. The world number 4 posted an interesting video about his vacation. Tsitsipas also had the courageous idea of plunging into a geothermal pool in rather freezing conditions with his father.
Apostolos came out with an interesting concept about the best way to strengthen a body. In this video he said: “About 2 trillion micro bacteria from Iceland. That’s the way to cultivate the body to become stronger.”
Interesting.
