Novak Djokovic won yet another unbelievable match in his third encounter at the ATP Finals in Turin on Friday. The Serbian ace looked in control of the second set after winning the opening one, but Medvedev was of a different opinion to bring the match to the decider. At that point, the pair had already fought for 2 hours.

During the changeover, the tennis fans could not miss that the former world number 1 shook uncontrollably. It is not clear what was happening to his body if he was struggling with nerves or else. Some fans on Twitter speculated that that was caused by low blood sugar, a symptom of hypoglycemia. Nevertheless, as usual, the Serbian legend managed to find his concentration to win the match at the decisive breaker. The final score was 6-3 6-7(5) 7-6(2).
