Novak and his lovely wife, Jelena are extremely focussed on their mental and physical well-being. This is also one of the reasons why Novak is so fit at his age.
That Drink
Unfortunately, the former world number 1 was unfairly slammed by some tennis fans on social media after a video went viral. In that clip, Novak’s team was a bit secretive when preparing a drink during his recent final against the Holger Rune. Some fans argued that the behavior of Novak’s team was suspicious and there was something fishy in that drink.
Nevertheless, as popular tennis commentator Rob Koenig pointed out, it is quite normal for “elite players in every sport” to hide trade secrets. It is also totally unthinkable that if ever Novak wanted to do something forbidden (not his character at all) that was done in front of everyone during such a prestigious and popular final.
Eventually, Jelena Djokovic took on social media with a heated discussion with the journalist who posted the video. She stressed the fact that Novak’s team was “trying to be private about their business.”
