Carlos Alcaraz is the top seed of the current ATP1000 in Paris. Unfortunately, there could be the possibility that the Spanish sensation will not play at all in France because he has been struggling with a knee injury. The issue appeared during the semifinal in Basel that he lost to Felix Auger Aliassime last Saturday.

“I had problems. Every player has problems at the end of the year. Not too serious,” said Alcaraz on Monday. He is expected to play against Yoshihito Nishioka on Wednesday.
