Felix Auger-Aliassime and Rune reached the final in Basel in style. The Canadian player lost only the first set of his opening match (vs. world no.62 Marc-Andrea Huesler) to win the next 8 consecutive sets. Felix was outstanding against Miomir Kecmanovic after defeating the Serbian player 6-1 6-0 in 49 minutes, playing what he considered the best tennis match in his career. Felix repeated himself in the semi-final after stunning the world number 1 Carlos Alcaraz with a straightforward 6-3 6-2 scoreline. Rune was perfect for the entire tournament after reaching the final conceding no sets for the entire week.

Vienna
Medvedev got to the final in Vienna also without conceding and he said for the entire tournament. Actually, he never conceded more than 4 games per set for the entire week. Denis Shapovalov also had a fantastic tournament. He dropped just one set against Taylor Fritz, and he bagelled (6-0) Borna Coric in the semi-final after winning 7-64 6-0.
