Carlos Alcaraz, Rafael Nadal, Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas have already qualified for the ATP Finals. Nevertheless, they will still aim to consolidate their positions in the rankings. These are the tournaments that they are expected to play before the season’s finale.
Nadal has just become a father following his son’s birth; therefore, he is scheduled to play only in Paris (31st of October). Alcaraz, Ruud, and Tsitsipas have very similar scheduling. None of them decided to play in any tournament this week and the following one. Carlos Alcaraz and Casper Ruud will play in the ATP500 in Basel (24th of October), while Stefanos Tsitsipas will compete in the ATP 500 in Vienna during the same week. Alcaraz, Ruud, and Tsitsipas are all scheduled to play in Paris on the 31st of October.

Carlos Alcaraz in 2022
Ranked no.1, Alcaraz played his last match on the 4th of October when he was overcome by world no.58 David Goffin 7-5 6-3 in the 1st round in Astana (draw).

Rafael Nadal in 2022

Stefanos Tsitsipas in 2022
Now the world no.5, Stefanos played his last contest on the 9th of October when he surrendered to world no.7 Novak Djokovic 6-3 6-4 in the final in Astana (draw).
Currently, during this year Tsitsipas has a 51-19 record. Stefanos conquered 2 titles in 2022 in Monte-Carlo and Mallorca. The Greek was the runner-up in Rotterdam, in Rome, in Cincinnati and in Astana.
Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas played each other 3 times. The head to head is 2-1 for Tsitsipas. The last time they fought against each other, Stefanos Tsitsipas won 6-1 6-4 in the quarter in Toronto (Rogers Cup) in August 2021.
