Nick Kyrgios is finally back to competition in Tokyo after reaching the quarter-final at the recent US Open. The Australian will face off against the Chun Hsin Tseng from Taiwan and they are scheduled to play at 6 p.m.
Nick is one of the top favorites to win the tournament and he may clash with his dear friend Thanasi Kokkinakis in the semi-final.

Nick Kyrgios in 2022
Ranked no.20, Kyrgios played his last match on the 6th of September when he was overcome by world no.18 Karen Khachanov 7-5 4-6 7-5 6-7(3) 6-4 in the quarter of the U.S. Open (draw).
At the moment, during this season Kyrgios has achieved a composed 35-10 match record. Nick clinched 1 title in Washington. Kyrgios got to the final in Wimbledon.
He is also scheduled to play in Basel (Swiss Indoors Basel). The main draw will start on the 24th of October.
Chun Hsin Tseng in 2022
Now ranked no.87, Chun Hsin played his last match on the 29th of September when he lost to world no.167 Aleksandar Kovacevic 7-6(5) 6-7(4) 6-2 in the 2nd round in Seoul (draw).
Until now, during this year Tseng owns an overall 37-21 win-loss record. The Chinese has won 2 titles in 2022 in the Bengalaru 1 Challenger and the Murcia Challenger. Chun Hsin was the runner-up in the Roseto Degli Abruzzi 2 Challenger.
Nick Kyrgios and Chun Hsin Tseng have never clashed against each other.
