Carlos Alcaraz will play his first ATP tournament as the new world number 1 in Nur-Sultan. The main draw will kick start on Monday and the top favorites alongside Carlito are Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev and Stefanos Tsitsipas. Alcaraz will be seeded no.1. He has just landed in Kazakhstan.
In the first round, the young Spanish player will face off against rising star Holger Rune who is currently in the final of the ATP250 in Sofia.
