Carlos Alcaraz, Casper Ruud, and Rafael Nadal are leading the ATP rankings also this week with the new updates. Novak Djokovic is still ranked number 7 and he will try to add more points by participating in the ATP 250 in Tel Aviv.

Carlos Alcaraz in 2022
Now ranked no.1, Alcaraz played his last match on the 18th of September when he beat world no.74 Soon-Woo Kwon 6-4 7-6(1) in the Rubber 2 of the Davis Cup (draw).
This season the Spaniard achieved an overall 52-10 match record. Alcaraz conquered 5 titles in 2022 in Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Barcelona, Madrid and U.S. Open. The Spaniard was the runner-up in Hamburg and in Umag.
Alcaraz has scheduled to play next in Nur-Sultan (Astana Open). He will commence the tournament from the main draw on the 3rd of October.
Casper Ruud in 2022
Ranked world no.2 (career-high), the Norwegian played his last match on the 23rd of September when he beat world no.128 Jack Sock 6-4 5-7 10-7 in the round robin in the Laver Cup (draw).
At the moment, during this season Casper has achieved a 46-16 win-loss record. Casper conquered 3 titles in 2022 in Buenos Aires, Geneva and Gstaad. Casper got to the final in Miami, at the French Open and at the U.S. Open.
He is also scheduled to play in Tokyo (Rakuten Japan Open). The main draw will start on the 3rd of October.

Novak Djokovic in 2022
Ranked no.7, the Serbian played his last match on the 25th of September when he was defeated by world no.13 Felix Auger-Aliassime 6-3 7-6(3) in the round robin in the Laver Cup (draw).
At the moment, during this season the Serbian has a 24-6 match record. Novak clinched 2 titles in 2022 in Rome and Wimbledon. Djokovic was the finalist in Belgrade.
Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic played each other 59 times. The head to head is 30-29 for Djokovic. The last time they locked horns, Rafael Nadal won 6-2 4-6 6-2 7-6(4) in the quarter in Paris (French Open) on the 31st of May 2022.
