Casper Ruud had a fantastic campaign during the recent US Open where he was stopped the only in the final by a sensational Carlos Alcaraz. The Norwegian player had the luxury of enjoying the company of his stunning girlfriend Maria Galligani during the American major.
After the final, Casper and his girlfriend participated in the Vogue World Show. Maria looked absolutely stunning in her blue dress and she didn’t miss the chance to upload a great picture on her Instagram.
Currently the world no.2 (career-high), Casper played his last match on the 11th of September when he capitulated to world no.1 Carlos Alcaraz 6-4 2-6 7-6(1) 6-3
in the final of the U.S. Open (draw).This year Casper owns a compiled 44-16 win-loss record. The Norwegian clinched 3 titles in 2022 in Buenos Aires, in Geneva and in Gstaad. Ruud was the finalist in Miami, at the French Open and at the U.S. Open.
Ruud is scheduled to compete next in Seoul (Korea Open). He will start from the main draw on the 26th of September.
