Carlos Alcaraz won an incredible US Open final against Casper Ruud on Sunday. Carlito was coming from 3 wins in 5 sets and there were some doubts about his overall condition. Nevertheless, the Spanish sensation looked in great form despite appearing limping right before the match.

During his press conference, Casper Ruud revealed that Alcaraz was helped by Rafael Nadal’s doctor Dr. Angel Ruiz-Cotorro who is also the head of Medical Services of the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation.  He was later spotted by well-known sports journalist James Gray in Carlito’s box
