NICE RIVALRY. Jannik Sinner and Alcaraz share lovely messages after epic US Open match

Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner have a very nice exchange on social media after their amazing quarter-final at the US Open

Jannik Sinner And Carlos Alcaraz

Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz played one of the most spectacular matches of the year at the current US Open. Eventually, it was the young Spanish player to conquer the contest after saving a match point. The roller coaster lasted more than 5 hours and both players were absolutely exceptional in their grit and level of tennis. However, there could be only one winner and that was Alcaraz.

Carlito and Jannik share a very good friendship and they were extremely nice after the match.

Later Jannik posted the following message:

“I Ieft everything out there last night, but it wasn’t meant to be. The atmosphere and support was something special that I’ll never forget. This one hurts, but we get back to work and onto the next.

@carlitosalcarazz, congrats, it was an incredible battle! Good luck for the rest of the tournament”

Alcaraz replied: “You deserved the win as well!! Many more to come, always good to play against you”

This is the sort of healthy rivalry that we like to see in tennis and everywhere else.
