Leonardo Mayer is a happy guy right now. The Argentine has won his first career title in Hamburg, he has reached a career high rank (27th) and he is definitely playing the best tennis of his life. During a recent interview Mayer said “Roger Federer is my idol. I have been following him since a very long time. I really hope that we get a chance to play against one another in a tournament before he retires, because I want him to give me a tennis lesson. I hope one day I will meet him and I will have a chance to have fun on the court”.
