Alexander Zverev is on a roll!
The German teenager hit the headlines already for winning the Australian Open (juniors) this year, and now he is doing something bigger.
Alexander is in the quarter in the ATP500 in Hamburg after defeating great players such as Haase, Youzhny and Giraldo all in straight sets!
Zverev will now play Tobia Kamke for a place in the semifinal. They have never played each other in the ATP circuit, but Alexander has already defeated him this month in the first round of the Braunschweig Challenger 6-4 7-6 (6).
Alexander is now the youngest player to reach an ATP quarter since Rafael Nadal got to the quarters in Bastad 2003…. Now he will try to go for more.
