Novak Djokovic reaches the final in London in style without conceding a single set during the entire week.
The “Serbinator” had absolutely no problems in defeating Kevin Anderson in the semi in straight sets displaying flawless tennis in every compartment.
The match
There was absolutely no story from the beginning, especially after the world no.1 broke the South African in the very first game (1-0). Nole conceded 8 points in total on serve for the entire match, while the South African was constantly struggling in holding his service games. Eventually, another break in the 7th game (5-2) proved to be too much for Anderson and Nole won the opener 6-2.
The second set was similar with Djokovic breaking Kevin in the 1st game (1-0) before conquering a 5-1 lead. Time for a couple of holds and Djokovic won the math 6-2 6-2 in 1 hour and 15 minutes.

After the match, Nole commented
“I think it was the best match I’ve played so far this week. It came at the right time. Kevin has been playing great tennis this week.
He lost serve in the first game which was big because he relies so much on his serve. I tried to win as many points on his second serve as possible. It worked very well.”
The final vs. Zverev
Nole will face Sascha Zverev in the final. The head to head is 2-1 for the world no.1 that has recently demolished Sascha in the Shanghai semifinal (6-2 6-1) and this week in the round robin (6-4 6-1).
