Currently the world no.12, Cori played her last match on the 16^th of August when she had to retire when playing against world no.41 Marie Bouzkova in the 1^st round and the scoreline was 7-5 1-0 .

Currently, during this season Gauff achieved a 30-16 win-loss record. Cori Gauff’s best result of the year was reaching the final at the French Open.

Gauff is scheduled to compete next in U.S. Open (U.S. Open). She will start the tournament from the main draw on the 29th of August.
