Emma Raducanu is about to start her title defense at the US Open. Following last year’s title in New York, the British sensation became an instant celebrity all over the world with a particular appeal in China. Emma’s mother is indeed Chinese and she can even speak in Mandarin.

Now the world no.11, Emma played her last match on the 18th of August when she lost to world no.8 Jessica Pegula 7-5 6-4 in the 3rd round in Cincinnati (draw).
Until now, during this year Emma owns a compiled 13-15 match record.
Raducanu has scheduled to compete next in U.S. Open (U.S. Open). She will start from the main draw on the 29th of August.
