Stefanos Tsitsipas and Daniil Medvedev are going to clash in a tasty semi-final in Cincinnati on Saturday. Every time that Stefanos and Daniil play against each other, the tennis fans are remembered about a rather harsh but eventually funny episode that saw them involved at the beginning of their career.

It was back in 2018 in Miami when Daniil defeated Stefanos in 3 sets. There was an altercation at the net when Tsitsipas insulted Daniil, calling him “the bullshit Russian,” which prompted a strong reaction from Medvedev, who called Stefanos “a small kid who doesn’t know how to f.”

Fortunately, after a few aggressive words, nothing worse happened and in a way, that quarrel became (sort of) iconic on social media.

Here is the video.
