There was a funny moment before the match when the camera zoomed on Serena, showing all the attention she received. The American legend was with her entire team and husband and somebody else was carrying her tennis bag. Then the camera went straight to Emma, who appeared being by herself and carrying all her stuff like an ordinary teenager.
That’s probably the difference between a legend at the end of her career and a newcomer even if the newcomer is already a slam champion.
