Nick Kyrgios is having a fantastic couple of months on tour. The Australian sensation was the runner-up in Wimbledon before winning the ATP 500 in Washington (singles and doubles). As of now, Nick is playing like a top5 player despite his rank (37).

However, despite his fantastic results, during the press conference that followed his match against Hubert Hurkacz i Montreal, Nick admitted that he is missing his family. He is not happy about not seeing his mother and father for the last months.

After losing to Hurkacz, Nick was very straightforward in saying that he doesn’t care much about his winning streak and , basically, he is looking forward to going back to Australia.

Nick commented:

“I honestly don’t care [about losing his winning streak]. I’ve been away from home, away from my mum, away from my dad. They’re not very well at the moment.

So I don’t really care about ‘no winning streak.’ I’ve got two more tournaments [Cincinnati and the US Open ]left before I can go home.”

Nick Kyrgios also has announced that he will not play Laver Cup to spend time with his family and girlfriend
