Dominic is finally going deep in an important event that is not on clay. The Austrian has reached his first semifinal of a Master ATP1000 that is not on played on the dirt after beating Gilles Simon 6-4 6-2, Borna Coric, 6-7 (3) 6-2 7-5, and the defending champion Jack Sock 4-6 6-4 6-4. Dominic has also qualified for the ATP FInals after he reached he final 4 in Bercy.
Khachanov
Ranked no.18, Karen is having a great year after he won 2 titles (Marseille and Moscow). The 22-year-old has defeated Filip Krajinovic 7-5 6-2, Matthew Ebden (he retired while he was losing 6-2 2-0), John Isner 6-4 6-7 (9) 7-6 (8), and Sascha Zverev 6-1 6-2.
