Stefanos Tsitsipas unfortunately used to be criticized a lot for the fact that he helped his brother Petros to receive an enormous amount of wild cards in different tournaments. Until April 2022, Petros received 92 wild cards counting all competitions, which is an incredible number especially considering that until that time, he was 21.
Just counted that Petros Tsitsipas 🇬🇷 has recieved 91 Wildcards in singles and doubles combined at ATP, Challenger and ITF level. Obviously lots are at ITF level but still……

History seems to repeat itself with Stefanos’ brother Pavlos who has received a wild card for the qualification draw of the ITF25 in Tiblisi.
Also this wildcard didn’t go unnoticed. Let’s hope it will not be one of many and Pavlos will earn his right to access tournaments because of his results.
