Federer, Nadal, Djokovic to fight in packed draw in Paris

Roger, Rafa and Nole will all compete in the last Master 1000 of the season

Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic are going to compete in the last Master 1000 of the season.

Federer

Seeded no.3, Roger surprised after he accepted to compete in Bercy. The Swiss Legend has often decided not to play this event because it is too squeezed between “his” ATP500 in Basel and the ATP Finals. Even if this time the Maestro agreed to play in Bercy, there are still some question marks about his “real” participation since he is having a rather tough run in Basel following 2 taxing 3-setters against Krajinovic and Simon that could prove tough on his body.

Nadal

Seeded no.1, Rafa will be back to competitions after he was sidelined for long following a knee injury that made him withdraw while playing the semifinals at the US Open against Juan Martin Del Potro. The Spanish Legend will try to do everything to preserve his world no.1 rank now that Novak Djokovic is only 35pts away from him in the Year To Date Rankings.

Djokovic

Seeded no.2, Nole is the strongest player in the world right now following his recent wins in Wimbledon, Cincinnati, at the US Open and Shanghai. After being in deep waters at the beginning of the year, the Serb has a massive shot at ending his season as the world no.1.
