Now ranked no.23, the Kazakhstani played her last match on the 9^th of July when she defeated world no.5 Ons Jabeur 3-6 6-2 6-2 in the final in Wimbledon to win her 3^rd career title.

At the moment, during this season the Kazakhstani owns an overall 28-12 match record. Elena clinched 1 title in Wimbledon. The Kazakhstani was the runner-up in Adelaide.

Novak Djokovic in 2022

Currently the world no.7, Djokovic played his last match on the 10^th of July when he beat world no.45 Nick Kyrgios 4-6 6-3 6-4 7-6(3) in the final in Wimbledon to win his 88^th career title.

This season Novak achieved a compiled 23-5 record. Novak conquered 2 titles in 2022 in Rome and in Wimbledon. Djokovic was the finalist in Belgrade.
