Matteo Berrettini and Ajla Tomljanovic have been one of the most adorable tennis couples on the Tour. Unfortunately, there were rumors a few months ago that they parted ways after dating for more than 2 years.
During one of his latest press conferences at the Queen’s Club, Matteo confirmed that he is now single.
“Yeah, I’m single but it’s not like something that I am looking for, like, it’s not that I’m waking up and have to find love. It’s just something that is happening, it’s good for me, if it doesn’t, it’s another day, you know.
But, yeah, overall, I’m spending more time with my team, I spent a lot of time with my family when I was injured, and I enjoyed a different kind of life a little bit,” he said.

Now ranked no.10, the Italian played his last match on the 19th of June when he overcame world no.48 Filip Krajinovic 7-5 6-4 in the final in London to win his 7th career title.
At the moment, during this season Berrettini achieved an overall 18-6 record. Matteo has won 2 titles in 2022 in Stuttgart and in London.

Now the world no.45, the Australian played her last match on the 10th of June when she lost to world no.51 Viktorija Golubic 6-2 7-6(6) in the quarter in Nottingham (draw).
Presently, during this year Tomljanovic has achieved an overall 14-15 win-loss record.
