Cori Gauff is having a remarkable run in Berlin where she reached the semi-final after conceding no sets in 3 matches. Coco is now the new world number 12 in the so-called live rankings. However, if she defeats Ons Jabeur in the semi-final in Germany, she will overtake Emma Raducanu and Garbine Muguruza in the Live rankings to be the new world number 10.

Currently, Coco has 2940 “live points” and if she reaches the final she will have 3060 points. If Gauff wins the tournament she will have 3225 points which will be enough for her to become the new world number 9 after overtaking also Jessica Pegula.
