Na Li and Naomi Osaka are both in Hong Kong right now, but none of them is playing.
In fact, while the Chinese has already retired from tennis (4 years ago!), the Japanese has decided not to play the tournament to recover from her back injury. Still, she decided to be in Hong Kong to meet the fans.

When asked about Naomi Osaka and her chances to win more slams, the Chinese commented
“I believe with her abilities and strength, she can win many [Grand Slam], that is if she really has the desire to be a champion.”
Talking about Serena, she added
“I’ve always thought she is a very strong player. There are very few players who can give birth and then immediately come back out.
For me, it’s really hard to find a balance between family and the tennis court, but she very quickly got into the US Open final.”
