Tough luck for Dolgopolov.
The entertaining Ukraine lost a strange match in Paris against Granollers 1-6 6-3 6-3 6-0 6-2. The funny result was an injury suffered by Dolgo in the wth set.
Dolgo posted on Twitter his doubts about participating in Queens to say “Sorry to my fans,but unfortunately got injured in the 1 game of the 4 set. Hope it’s not to serious and I can play queens club!”
The tournament in Queens will start the 9th of June.
