Holger Vitus Nodskov Rune and Stefanos Tsitsipas are supposed to know each other quite well since they both train at the Patrick Mouratoglou Academy in the south of France. However, something “spicy” happened during their 4th round French Open match in Paris on Monday.
Stefanos and Holger were both at the net, with Rune having a seemingly easy shot. Surprisingly, the youngster decided to hit Tsitsipas at the body at a very close range.
Stefanos was not impressed at all!

At the moment ranked no.40 (career-high), Rune has a 26-13 match record in 2022. Holger is currently having a run at the French Open where he beat Denis Shapovalov 6-3 6-1 7-64, Henri Laaksonen 6-2 6-3 6-3 and Hugo Gaston 6-3 6-3 6-3.
