On Sunday in Paris, Carlos Alcaraz played yet another fantastic match against Karen Khachanov in the French Open. The young Spaniard beat the Russian player in straight sets 6-1 6-4 6-4  to set up a fascinating quarterfinal against Alexander Zverev.

Carlito was in top form to display a series of amazing shots. The crowd was just amazed by the Spanish teenager when he converted a decisive break point in the 3rd set after striking a sensational tweener.

Ranked world no.6 (career-high), Carlos owns an overall 32-3 record in 2022. The Spaniard is now having a run at the French Open where he managed to beat Juan Ignacio Londero 6-4 6-2 6-0, Albert Ramos-Vinolas 6-1 6-7⁷ 5-7 7-6² 6-4, Sebastian Korda 6-4 6-4 6-2 and Karen Khachanov 6-1 6-4 6-4.
