On your mark, get set, go! The 2014 edition of the Roland Garros is about to start and we have Roger Federer and Serena Williams playing today.
Federer
Roger will start the tournament against world 88 Lukas Lacko at 11am. Federer is definitely not the favorite to win the French Open, but if he gets it he would be the first man in modern era to win each major at least twice.
Serena
The world no.2 has been scheduled to play soon after Roger at the Philippe Chartier. The American will face Alize Lim from France in the opener. Serena like Roger is hunting for her 18 slam.
Today we are going to witness a couple of interesting matches as Milos Raonic will take on Nick Kyrgios and Venus Williams will play Belinda Bencic.
