Naomi Osaka has another fantastic performance in Tokyo to reach her back to back final after the US Open.
The world no.7 made quick work of Camila Giorgi in the semifinal after she defeated the Italian 6-2 6-3 in a match that lasted just 71 minutes.

Naomi was in complete control of both sets. In the first one, she won 5 consecutive games (from 1-2 to 6-2) after she conceded just 2 points on serve. In the second set, she was also holding her serve without any problem (except for the second game) to break Giorgi on 2 occasions.
This is Naomi’s 10th consecutive win and even more impressing she has dropped only 1 set in the last 2 tournaments.

The final vs. Pliskova
Naomi will face the former world no.1 Karolina Pliskova in the final. The head to head is 1-all, but it seems that the Japanese is “destined” to win this one.
